Masdar, Director, Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week
As the Director of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, I spearhead one of the world’s premier global platforms for advancing sustainability. With a rich background as a Strategic Advisor in Communications and Relationship Management, and an Executive Coach, I guide leaders and organizations towards success. Formerly the Chief of Staff for the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the New Economy and Society, I was pivotal in shaping strategy and communication, focusing on Economic Growth, Education, Skills, the Future of Work, and Diversity and Inclusion. I also led the Centre’s Inclusive Business Practice, fostering stakeholder capitalism for a more equitable and sustainable economy.
My expertise extends to senior roles in developing partnerships and advising Fortune 500 companies, civil society organizations, and governments on inclusive and sustainable growth. I am a global communicator with a Master’s in Global Leadership and a Master’s in Business, and I am fluent in English, German, and French. I am a Chief Happiness Officer, passionate about people’s development, and I visit as a lecturer and speaker on the Future of Work and Climate Action. I am a French national with a diverse upbringing, a mother of three incredible daughters, and I currently reside in Abu Dhabi.
