Wolfgang is a seasoned leader in the global Hospitality, Travel and Tourism sector recognised for his track record and extensive international experience across mature and emerging markets.
He served as CEO of the Radisson Hospitality Group (formerly Rezidor AB) until 2017, steering one of EMEA’s most dynamic hotel companies through a major transformation while overseeing a portfolio of 450 hotels and 100,000 rooms across 80 countries. Before joining Radisson, Wolfgang was CEO of the Arabella Hospitality Group in Munich, and earlier spent more than two decades with Hilton, holding senior leadership positions across regions, ultimately serving as President for Europe and Africa.
As Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Strategic Advisor, he partners with organisations in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, and education to enable purposeful growth and long-term value creation.
Wolfgang served as Chair of the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, the leading global network advancing responsible and sustainable development in the hospitality sector. During his nine-year tenure, he spearheaded major initiatives including the launch of the Pathway to Net Positive Hospitality, a transformative industry framework shaping a more regenerative future for the sector.
