IMAGINE Leaders – Fiona Liebehenz

Fiona Liebehenz

Robert Bosch GmbH, Global Vice President Strategic Growth Acceleration - Cross Divisional

I’m an entrepreneurial and passionate global Consumer Goods and Technology leader, who has always been motivated to shape the future, make a difference, and to empower people to live a ‘winning, game-changing beat’ to innovate the entire system towards a role-model company. Nowadays, I’ve been doing this for >16 years with a strong track record, both on the manufacturer and retail side, with leadership responsibility in general management, strategy, sales, marketing, change management, and digital transformation.

Currently, as Global Vice President Strategic Growth Acceleration – Cross- Divisional at Bosch, I’m – together with an amazing team – responsible for
a group-wide growth programme with a focus on exploiting future-oriented business opportunities. Previously, as Vice President International Key Account eCommerce Professional at Bosch Power Tools, I was end-to-end responsible for the Online Pure Player Strategy and for the largest eCommerce customer in Europe and Asia Pacific. My former roles at Amazon, being in charge of the Pets and Personal Care Appliances categories and vendor management teams, and passion for transformational leadership brought me there.

I started my career at Unilever in my hometown of Hamburg while studying business administration and business psychology at the same time. It was there that my enthusiasm for bold leadership, strategy, the holistic thinking of the sales and marketing function and innovation sparked early on – and I was able to experience two very inspiring leaders: Paul Polman and Silvia Wiesner.

My motto: “If you can dream it, you can do it” – always with the goal of creating value and meaningful progress in which diversity and people are an essential factor. I also do this in the German Informatics Society’s business advisory board, as a mentor, in various networks and in my leisure team together with friends and band mates as a passionate drummer.

I'm interested in a future Oxford Experience
