Fiona is an entrepreneurial and passionate global Consumer Goods and Technology leader, who has always been motivated to shape the future, make a difference, and to empower people to live a ‘winning, game-changing beat’ to innovate the entire system towards a role-model company.


She has expertise in leading, scaling and transforming large companies, together with exceptional teams and an ecosystem of strong partners, towards becoming a holistically successful business. This all with a high focus on the user and a state-of-the-art user experience across all touchpoints with the aim to create a competitive advantage that leads to sustainable growth in revenue and profit.


Nowadays, she has been doing this for almost two decades. Today at Tetra Pak in Sweden in its Integrated Food Processing Equipment & Solutions division as Vice President for Processing Key Components, Plant Solutions & Channel Management. She is leading the business sector end-to-end incl. the business streams key components, filtration solutions, factory sustainable solutions and oem components, and the B2B channel management as well as its cross-functional global team. She supports wholeheartedly Tetra Pak’s ambition as leader for food processing and packaging solutions to protect what’s good – food, people, and the planet, and drives food systems change. Previously, she worked at Bosch, Amazon and Unilever.


Fiona’s motto: “If you can dream it, you can do it” – always with the ambition of creating progress that creates value and meaning, and for which diversity and people are an essential factor. She also does this in the German Informatics Society’s business advisory board, as a mentor, in various networks, and in her leisure time together with friends and band mates as a passionate drummer.
