I have a masters degree in physics. Through my professional career I have worked in three different industries: pharmaceutical, IT/Telecom and now in Yara International. Throughout my career I have had many different leadership positions, more often in the interface between technology and commercial, being a ‘translator’ and setting the path forward. I enjoy building diverse teams and to deliver. I enjoy working with change and transformation even though it can be a roller coaster ride sometimes. Through this journey I am staying true to my values and keeping my integrity.
