I consider myself a profound generalist with diverse interests. As a member of an entrepreneurial family and an executive woman in agribusiness and social investment in Brazil, I find fulfilment in my varied roles as a mother and spouse. The privilege of feeling fulfilled motivates me daily to produce, inspire, and create space for others on their unique journeys.
I firmly believe that business and capitalism have immense power to transform society when approached in a balanced way. In my roles at Daterra Coffee, a B Corp coffee farm specializing in sustainable coffees, and Fundação Educar, a social organization promoting civic education and youth leadership, I actively pursue this purpose.
I hold a degree in Communication from ESPM and post-graduations in Business Administration from Harvard University and Foreign Trade from Fundação Don Cabral. Additionally, I’ve earned certificates in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG from Berkeley, Principles of Shared Value from Harvard, and Private Board from Stanford.
My family and I share a love for adventure, nature, and sports, complementing the dynamic aspects of my professional life.
