My name is Kristina, and I come from Serbia. After studying in Nice (France) and Lund (Sweden), I chose to stay in Lund, where I now work at Tetra Pak.
My journey at the company has given me the opportunity to work across various geographies and organizational units, with a strong focus on Procurement, and Sustainability. Through these experiences, I’ve not only explored the world and connected with people but also deepened my understanding of myself.
Anchored in these learnings, I would describe myself as an intrinsically driven, strategically minded, and curious professional with strong passion for leading transformation and engaging people.
As Director of Sustainability Strategic Planning & Excellence, I lead the alignment and integration of our sustainability ambitions with business strategy, driving progress toward our 2030 goals. My work focuses on effective strategy deployment, programme portfolio optimization, continuous performance management and reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and governance.
My leadership is grounded in deep commitment to impact and genuine care for people.
Outside of work, I am an energetic person. I enjoy running, tango and Serbian traditional dance, yoga, reading non-fiction, and playing the flute. My CliftonStrengths are Achiever, Developer, Learner, Positivity, and Activator.
