Meet For Charity, Founder and CEO
Dr. Arturo Condo is the President of EARTH University, an innovative global institution based in Costa Rica that prepares young leaders
Born in Moscow in 1986, I had my first job at the age of 17. At the age of 19, I started my first business in PR, with Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Audi, Estée Lauder, Chanel, and such among the clients.
In 2013, I took interest in social projects and charity work and, together with my colleague, created my first charity community, Handmade Charity. That was a project for children with special needs which now takes place every Sunday in Moscow restaurants helping those families to socialize and promote inclusion.
A few years later, I became a trustee of an orphanage, and then my values finally turned towards social projects.
In 2016 I founded Meet For Charity which is a social fundraising project that helps charity funds raise money by connecting people at unique auctions. The auction raised over $3 mln to date.
In 2021 I was voted a winner of EY “Business women 2021” in “Social entrepreneurship” category.
Since 2022 I’ve been the co-founder of Akademy Club Dubai – an intellectual members’ circle uniting those who seek personal betterment through the power of education. Author of the book “Every meeting counts”, which was published in 2020.

He led the creation of EARTH Futures, a global center which aims to transform rural areas and food systems for the better. He also launched EARTH Ventures, to launch new businesses with purpose that also contribute to the long-term sustainability of the University.
He was President of INCAE Business School between 2007 and 2015. He led the Latin American Center for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development and was a professor in strategy, competitiveness and sustainable development.
He has a Doctorate in strategy from Harvard Business School and an MBA from INCAE. He is an Aspen Fellow and was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the WEF in 2007.
Dr. Condo is passionate about Latin America’s role in the world. He believes in the power of youth to change the world and cares about ethics, gender equality and dignity. He’s a member of the Global Future Council on the Future of Food and Water. He lives in Costa Rica, is married and has three children.
