Head of Finance

IMAGINE is a global leadership community for impact, running curated programmes, including the Oxford Accelerator, for a network of senior leaders across six continents. We are scaling a consumer community membership alongside long-cycle corporate sponsorships, and we need a senior finance partner who can hold both.

This is a fractional Head of Finance role, roughly two days a week on a consultancy basis, remote with occasional travel to London and reporting to the Co-Founder and CEO. You will own cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, the five-year revenue model, pricing and margin decisions, and make the revenue trajectory legible: what the pipeline needs to deliver, when it converts to cash, and where the gaps sit.

Just as importantly, you will structure, draft and negotiate sponsorship agreements, MSAs, statements of work and quotations through to signature, oversee payroll, contractor agreements, commission design and the employee share scheme, and keep governance, tax, insurance and the Xero, Stripe and payroll stack in good order, largely through outsourced providers.

We are looking for someone genuinely commercial and self-directed, ideally a qualified accountant, who has been the senior finance person in a small or scaling business and has helped grow a top line, not only manage a cost base.
