Magali Martowicz is a strategic and forward-thinking leader in human rights and sustainability, currently serving as Head of Human Rights at the International Olympic Committee. She leads the implementation of the IOC’s human rights strategy, driving systemic change across the Olympic Games, the IOC’s operations, and the broader Olympic Movement. With over 15 years of global experience advising major corporations on business and human rights, responsible procurement and social impact, Magali has worked across diverse sectors—including fashion, agriculture, electronics, and retail —in markets ranging from Bangladesh to Kenya. Her background combines deep field knowledge with board-level insight, enabling her to bridge the gap between corporate priorities and stakeholder expectations. Magali is recognised for her collaborative leadership style, multilingual communication skills, and ability to deliver pragmatic solutions in complex environments. She has shaped global policy on issues such as child protection, anti-harassment, and responsible procurement, and launched the IOC’s first human rights strategy. She holds a Master’s in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a Master’s in Management from SKEMA Business School. Magali brings authenticity, clarity, and purpose to everything she does—building trust across sectors and driving measurable impact at the intersection of sport, business, and human rights.
