We only use cookies that are needed to run our websites, unless you choose to allow analytics and marketing cookies through our cookie banner. This policy covers imagine.one and community.imagine.one, run by Imagine World Ltd (company number 11923974). Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in the same way, and we refer to all of them as cookies in this policy.
We use two kinds:
- Strictly necessary cookies keep our websites working and secure, remember your cookie choices, let you sign in to the community platform and let you pay for membership. The law allows us to use these without your consent.
- Analytics and marketing cookies help us understand how people use our websites and how our emails and campaigns perform. We only set these if you click "Accept all" or switch them on in your cookie settings.

Our emails also contain HubSpot tracking pixels that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can block these by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.
Some pages link to or show content from other services, such as Luma for event registrations and YouTube or LinkedIn. Those services may set their own cookies when you visit them, and their own privacy policies apply.
Managing your choices
When you first visit our websites, a small banner in the bottom left corner asks whether you are happy for us to use analytics and marketing cookies. You can choose "Accept all", "Reject all" or "Manage preferences". Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and our websites work fully either way.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, we stop setting analytics and marketing cookies straight away.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of our websites, such as signing in or paying for membership, may not work.

We will update this policy if we change the cookies we use. The date it was last updated is shown below.
