Alessandra C. Marazzi

I'm a curious explorer who has longed all her life to shed veils and connect to essence. My life is an interdisciplinary first-person action research, informed by mystics, masters, science and change makers, and guided by my heart. I'm an executive coach, facilitator, and organizational and learning consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership positions and work with senior leaders, talents, entrepreneurs and teams across Europe, America and Asia. I work with courageous leaders, teams, organizations and communities willing to explore radically new ways of organizing and leading, experiment with (re)generative approaches, transform systems from within, and steward kinder realities for future generations. With roots in business, psychology and systems thinking, I accompany leaders and organizations in navigating complexity with more mature, conscious approaches. My focus themes include women's leadership, inclusive and regenerative leadership, team dynamics, systemic transformation, strategy and change management. I research, write, mentor, and curate spaces of deep connection, dialogue, playfulness and creativity. I co-founded MYCO – Mycelium Collective, an emergent field to co-imagine, compost ugliness with kindness, weather uncertainty together, and remember our belonging to Earth and each other. I also collaborate with IMD, coaching and designing tailored client journeys.
