I’m the CEO of TomorrowNow.org. Our mission is a future where 100 million farmers across Africa are resilient to weather shocks. I spend most of my time thinking about how advances in weather forecasting and AI can help smallholder farmers make better decisions in their fields and how governments can best deliver digital public goods. My career has mostly spanned building and bringing new software products to market at venture-backed climate tech startups, including Optoro, Aquicore and Dispatch Goods.
I’m based in Old Town Alexandria, just outside Washington, DC, and am a recent girl dad of two. Outside of work, I’m usually playing or watching soccer (football), logging stroller miles on runs with the kids, and when I can - I write about some of my reflections on my personal substack here: whentherainscome.substack.com
