Chandra Sekhar Tenali is a global business executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience driving enterprise growth, commercial transformation, and value creation across the food ingredients, biotechnology, nutrition, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemicals industries. He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Leadership Team Member at CEAMSA, where he leads the company's global commercial teams, Business Strategy & Development, Marketing, and R&D operations across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
Having held senior leadership positions with CEAMSA, CP Kelco, Cargill, and Forsan Foods, Chandra has extensive experience leading multicultural teams, managing global P&Ls, developing high-performing organisations, and executing growth strategies in both multinational and family-owned businesses. He is recognised for combining strategic vision with disciplined execution, empowering teams, fostering innovation, and building long-term customer partnerships that create sustainable shareholder value.
Chandra holds an MBA from IMD Business School, Lausanne; executive leadership education from IESE Business School, Spain; and postgraduate qualifications in Dairy Technology.
