Chris Low

Haleon, Head of Procurement Sustainability

Chris Low

Chris Low is Head of Procurement Sustainability at Haleon and a passionate advocate for procurement as a catalyst for systems change. He works across Haleon's global supply chain to embed environmental and social sustainability into commercial decisions, using carbon pricing to help reshape supplier selection and investment choices. He also leads engagement with Haleon's highest-emitting suppliers through a five-point pledge that supports the journey from emissions baselining to renewable electricity and tangible decarbonisation. At the heart of Chris's work is a simple belief: transformation happens when courageous leadership is matched by trusted partnership. He aims to bring businesses, suppliers and peers together to overcome shared barriers, accelerate practical innovation and scale solutions that no organisation could deliver alone. Chris sponsors Schneider Electric's Energize programme, advancing renewable electricity across the pharmaceutical supply chain. He is also an active contributor to the Scope 3 Peer Group, where he was named Peer of the Year, and the Sustainable Procurement Pledge. Based in London, Chris has built an international career across category management, strategic sourcing, outsourcing, capability development and sustainability. During 11 years with Haleon and formerly GSK, he has held senior procurement roles, including leading global packaging procurement.
