Coline Pont is Accor's Group Chief Sustainability Officer and a member of the Group Management Board. A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, she also studied at Télécom Bretagne and the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She began her career in venture capital and audit before moving into procurement, building extensive experience at Bouygues Telecom, Accor and AXA. At Bouygues Telecom, she pioneered inclusive sourcing initiatives and later became Head of Procurement for Access Devices. She joined Accor in 2016, ultimately serving as Chief Procurement Officer for Southern Europe and Global Strategic Sourcing, where she led major ESG initiatives across the supply chain, including carbon offsetting, local sourcing and plastic reduction. In 2023, she joined AXA as Group Chief Procurement Officer, leading a global team of around 400 people and launching the company's first Sustainable Procurement strategy to support its decarbonization goals. In July 2025, she returned to Accor in her current role. Coline is also a guest lecturer at ESSEC Business School and an active member of the European Tech Corporate Community.
