Erin Stadler

Boomtown Innovation & Designed Culture, COO, Partner, Investor

Erin Stadler

Erin Stadler is a systems thinker who has spent her career helping organizations see and redesign the invisible layer that actually runs them. For thirteen years she was COO and owner of Boomtown, an open innovation operator connecting disruptive innovators with corporations committed to real adoption, working with partners including Comcast, NBC Sports, and NASCAR. Through her practice, Designed Culture, she now works with founders and business leaders on a simple premise: organizations run on defaults nobody chose, and they can be built on purpose. Her methodology, Conditions-Based Change, and her forthcoming book, Landing Change, argue that change capability is not a program to launch but a byproduct of the conditions leaders design. Colleagues know her as the connector in the room: the one standing in the middle of a hard conversation because she can see the story each side is telling itself and the values underneath. Erin lives in the foothills of Colorado's Front Range, where she is building a regenerative food forest in collaboration with a local agriculture nonprofit, practices karate with her two sons, and has danced Argentine tango for more than twenty years.
