Konraad Dullaert

I currently serve as EVP of Food & Consumer Packaging and Protective Materials divisions, and Chief Innovation Officer at Ahlstrom, with full responsibility for performance, strategy, and operational execution across global operations. My background is in industrial and specialty materials businesses, where I have focused on improving profitability, strengthening market positioning, and leading transformation programs. I take a hands-on leadership approach, driven by a strong belief in progress, innovation, and entrepreneurship. I prioritize collaboration and close engagement with teams and customers to drive change and deliver tangible results. I’ve also had the opportunity to work and live internationally, including several years in Singapore with my family, which has shaped my global perspective and leadership approach. Outside of work, I’m a father of three and value staying active— particularly cycling and swimming—as well as spending time with family and friends.
