With more than 25 years of experience in various business leadership positions at Amadeus, she has been instrumental in driving ESG strategies, fostering partnerships, and leading transformative initiatives across the company and the broader travel ecosystem. Her academic journey at the European School of Management ESCP Europe, spanning Paris, Oxford, and Berlin, has shaped her leadership style, emphasizing empathy, cultural understanding, and collaboration. A passionate and integrity-driven professional, Agnes is particularly interested in looking into how technology and innovative ideas can address the complex topic of sustainability, so that her two children and future generations can grow up in a better world. As a spokesperson and a thought leader, Agnes represents Amadeus at key industry events and forums, advocating for sustainability and fostering connections.
