Father of three. Mina (25), Marie (21) and Theodor (1). Engaged to Kamilla. Grew up in Oslo, Norway. I've spent the past 25 years on issues at the intersection of business, politics and wider society. I've worked the past 15 years in Yara International, a global leader in crop nutrition and essential chemical products. My job has been at the intersection of communications and strategy, and supporting the CEO and top management in their transformation of an old business model into a future proof business model linked to the SDGs. In my work I draw on my experience within business, journalism and creative writing to create strong narratives that drive positive change and make things happen. I spent a decade as a journalist before going into business, and in parallel I have written three novels and two non-fiction books. My education is within business, having studied in Norway and Italy. This summer I invested my severance package in a new company and made the decision to move from Oslo to London.
