With over 18 years of global experience in sustainability, I have built my career at the intersection of strategy, supply chains, employee engagement and impact. My expertise spans sustainability strategy, responsible manufacturing, circularity, stakeholder/employee engagement and sustainability data systems. Yet what drives me most is not the technical complexity; it is the opportunity to create meaningful change through people. Currently based in Amsterdam, after living in eight countries, I hold multiple Master’s degrees in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. In 2025, I was recognized as a Top 100 Impact Leader by Blue Earth Summit. I have held leadership roles at PVH Corp, Mitie, different consultancies including working at United Nations. Today, as Global Senior Director of Sustainability at On, I lead environmental and social impact strategy, embedding sustainability into core business decisions. My passion and motivation comes from witnessing what people can achieve when their determination/collaboration are supported and that belief in human power is what drives all the work I do.
