I am the Brand Director of The Merrion Hotel, Dublin’s leading five-star property and a market leader in luxury hospitality for over 25 years. With a Master’s in Hospitality Management and as recipient of the Irish Hospitality Institute’s Prize for Excellence, I bring strategic clarity, creative vision, and a purpose-led approach to brand building. Alongside my role at The Merrion, I run an independent consultancy focused on tourism and the arts, and contribute globally as a member of the Marketing Advisory Committee for The Leading Hotels of the World and the Executive Forum of the World Sustainable Hospitality Association. I am also a committed community leader, having served as Chair and Vice Chair on the boards of two national charities—one focused on second-chance education for women, the other supporting elderly patients and individuals with acquired brain injuries. Outside of work, I am a competitive golfer, avid reader, and passionate traveller who finds joy in nature and quality time with my family.
