Fiacre joined Encirc in 1998 and has since held a range of leadership roles spanning planning, sales, marketing, and sustainability. In 2020, he was appointed Sustainability Director, reflecting his deep expertise and long-standing commitment to environmental and social progress within the business and beyond. Fiacre is an alumnus of the Timoney Leadership Institute, holds an MBA from Ulster Business School, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). His work in decarbonising the UK beverage industry has earned him several industry honours, including The Drinks Business 'Green Personality of the Year' and the George Dawson Award for services to the environment in Northern Ireland. He plays a key role in shaping sustainability strategy across the region and sector. Fiacre is a member of Business in the Community NI’s Environmental Leadership and Climate Champions teams, sits on the executive leadership team of British Glass, and is a board member of the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the Empowering Communities for Climate Action project committee in Fermanagh and serves on the Department for the Economy’s Community Decarbonisation Pathway Committee
