Haley is a Global Sustainability Director at Dow, where she builds new markets at the intersection of circularity, carbon, and commercial growth. With two decades of experience across marketing, product management and sales, she focuses on turning sustainability into a commercial advantage | working across value chains to scale solutions that deliver both impact and returns.
She was named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and is a frequent speaker on circular economy and climate strategy, engaging with business, policy and investor audiences globally. Haley serves on the board of The Recycling Partnership and holds an MBA from the University of Texas. She has also completed Oxford's Imagine leadership program focused on scaling transformation.
