Joined the Arla’s Executive team in 2016 as Arla’s first CMO leading Marketing and Innovation. Started to get involved in our sustainability work in 2018. End of 2021 I decided to leave CMO role and jump into new Chief Agri and Sustainability Role (CSO). Passionate about creating a strong, natural food system for farmers and people.
