I am British-born with dual nationality and have lived in the Netherlands for the past 18 years. I am a mother, wife and grandmother, and have built a global career spanning Europe, Asia and North America.
I am committed to making a difference, particularly in the areas of climate change, diversity and inclusion. As a lifelong learner, I get my energy from creating value for all stakeholders. I feel a deep responsibility to help address the major challenges facing the world, and I believe leaders have an important role to play in driving meaningful change.

Today, I am President and CEO of Ahlstrom. I bring more than 30 years of international business experience, having held senior executive leadership roles at Avery Dennison, the family-owned company Pon and Royal DSM before joining Ahlstrom.
Throughout my career, I have led businesses across different sectors and geographies, helping organizations navigate transformation while combining purpose with performance. I am passionate about creating sustainable value, accelerating positive impact and bringing people together behind a clear and ambitious direction.
I hold a master’s degree from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and an Executive CEDEP qualification from Fontainebleau in Paris. I am also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.
