Radisson, Chief Sustainability & Security Officer
Inge Huijbrechts is the Chief Sustainability and Security Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, leading impactful programs across 1,500+ hotels in 95 countries. She drives the Group’s Net Zero transformation based on Science Based Targets and played a key role in launching the Hotel Sustainability Basics, now supported by 50,000+ hotels worldwide. Her global perspective is shaped by both executive leadership and personal experience—including several years of sailing halfway around the world and volunteering in the Sumatran rainforest to protect orangutans and biodiversity. These experiences fuel her deep commitment to responsible travel and environmental stewardship. Inge serves as Vice Chair of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, and is a board member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council, Flanders Special Venues, and the EIB Women Climate Leaders Network. She also co-chairs the ASIS Europe Conference and advises on global security through ASIS and OSAC. Recognized among the Top 100 Women in Sustainability (three consecutive years), Inge has also been named twice to the Top 100 Most Influential People in Global Hospitality, and in 2024 as one of Europe’s Top 100 Chief Sustainability Officers. She leads with vision, purpose, and a drive to unify the industry for global impact.
