Jessica Rogers is the Founder and CEO of Teffie, a purpose-led food company on a mission to create food products – starting with snacks – that taste good and are good for both people and the planet. Using teff – a climate-resilient, regenerative grain – Teffie produces inclusive, gut-friendly snacks that are high in fibre, free from all 14 major allergens, and rooted in responsible sourcing. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and TEDx speaker, Jessica is working to build Teffie into the global market leader in teff-based products and redefine how food can nourish health, equity, and environmental resilience. Her experience spans roles at Swarovski and the Swarovski Foundation, and work across 15+ leading organisations in sustainability, philanthropy, and media. Jessica's leadership is grounded in empathy and urgency, shaped by lived experience, and driven by a desire to use food as a catalyst for systemic change. From launching literacy initiatives in Laos to building partnerships with schools and athletes, she leads with imagination and discipline – bringing together nutrition, education, and regenerative systems to reimagine the future of food.
