Julie Wynne is a highly regarded social impact lawyer with a particular expertise in philanthropy, social entrepreneurship and social impact finance. Partner at MLL, a Swiss business law firm, she advises individuals, non-profit organisations and businesses which aim to make social and environmental impact. She advises on strategy, structuring, governance and any legal matters faced by impact-driven organisations. Julie Wynne, TEP, is also specialised in all aspects of international estate planning. Passionate about art, she assists institutional art collectors as well as cultural institutions. She is a Board member of the Young Patrons of the Geneva opera house and of the Swiss Friends of the Musée d’art moderne de Paris. She is also a member of various patrons clubs of cultural institutions. Julie Wynne is very involved personally in philanthropy and the use of business as a force for good. She sits in various boards of nonprofit organisations, amongst other, of Earthworm Foundation, the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and Movement Health. She is a member of the Advisory Council of the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights. She was one of the three founding members of B Lab (Switzerland) and sat many years on the Global Board of the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL).
