Katarina Wangler Björk is Head of Impact & Transformation at The Exponential Roadmap Initiative, driving exponential climate action to halve emissions by 2030. She has extensive experience in sustainability, climate tech and innovation, creative leadership and strategic transformation. Previous roles include Chief Climate Policy Officer Doconomy, Sustainability Innovation Lead Mastercard, Lead Innovation & Design EY, and Director at 2050 Consulting. Katarina has been engaged in climate issues for over 25 years, starting as a youth delegate at COP 3 in Kyoto, and now focuses on future-proofing strategies and business models. She is also a co-founder and Director of the board the foundation, Open Sustainability Index, providing access to and advocating for open and transparent corporate sustainability data.
