I’m the co-founder and CEO of Dalberg Media, a mission-driven communications and experiences consultancy dedicated to social impact. We are a team of +30 people working from five locations around the world, focusing primarily on global health, nutrition, and climate adaptation. At Dalberg, I’ve helped launch a number of initiatives in global health, most recently The Alliance for Global Health, Re:solve Global Health, and the Africa Nordic Health Summit. From 2016 to 2023, I was Head of UNLEASH, a global innovation programme for the Sustainable Development Goals, which I helped build from scratch. At UNLEASH, we grew a youth community of nearly 10,000 people and delivered programmes on every continent. I’m also the co-editor of the book 17 Big Bets for a Better World. For my work with the SDGs, I have been named a UNDP-Samsung Generation17 Leader. I’ve got a bachelor's and master's degree in political science from the University of Copenhagen and I’m a devoted F.C. Copenhagen fan who enjoys travelling near and far to watch them play — even though it often ends in disappointment.
