I am the Co-founder and CEO of The Waste Lab, a purpose-driven startup tackling food waste challenges in the UAE and beyond. With 15 years of international experience in developing data-driven solutions, customer engagement strategies, and loyalty programs across various industries, I’ve found my passion in creating sustainable, community-centered solutions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in International Hospitality Management from EADA Business School in Barcelona. My journey has been shaped by a deep belief in the power of collaboration and education to drive meaningful change. At The Waste Lab, I’m focused on building a circular economy by transforming food waste into nutrient-rich compost, while empowering communities and businesses to adopt sustainable practices. Outside of work, I’m a mental health advocate, an amateur blog writer, and an animal lover. I strive to create a balance between purpose and action, working toward a future where sustainability is a way of life, not just a goal.
