Mandla is a seasoned development and agrifood executive with over 20 years industry experience leading continental not for profit organizations, agrifood start ups and global agricultural research programmes. A native of Zimbabwe , he has worked across the continent , covering Southern , Eastern , Western and North Africa. His previous role at the CGIAR also saw him extend this experience to include supporting teams in Latin America, South Asia, and South East Asia. He is passionate about impacting how food is grown , processed and delivered to households in Africa and beyond.
