Marco Giulietti has led major transformations at ISA SpA, combining product innovation, technology and sustainability. He helped establish ISA as an early pioneer in the use of natural refrigerants, well before they became a regulatory and market priority. More recently, he led the launch of Infinity, a pioneering circular ecosystem of modular and upgradeable refrigerated display systems, and is using AI to accelerate business growth while strengthening people's skills, judgement and professional development.
Marco is also Chairman of ITS Umbria Academy, a post-diploma higher technical education institution whose programmes have repeatedly topped Italy's official national rankings—five times since 2016, including first place among 450 monitored programmes in 2025.
