Under his leadership, JOYN Foods developed 50CUT®, a proprietary mushroom-based ingredient that blends seamlessly with animal meat, reducing environmental impact by up to 50% while improving nutrition, taste, and economics. His work has positioned JOYN at the forefront of a global shift toward more efficient and responsible protein systems.
