I’m the founder and CEO of CASTALIE, a French company offering sustainable alternatives to bottled water. After starting my career at Veolia Environnement and Alter Eco, I felt the urge to align the water business with ecology and aesthetics. That led me to create a new standard: microfiltered water fountains and refillable bottles for hotels, restaurants, and workplaces. CASTALIE has already helped avoid more than 410 million single-use plastic bottles. I’m also the author of “L’humanité a soif et les baleines boivent la tasse”, a book about our collective relationship with water. Since 2021, I’ve hosted La Relève, a podcast where I interview leaders shaping the future through impact and regeneration — inspiring French voices committed to the environment, such as Brune Poirson, Bris Rocher, Mamadou Dembele, and Pascal Demurger. I live in Paris with my wife and our two young children. I’m passionate about the ocean, sailing, and collective intelligence. I’m also an ENFP, driven by vision, energy, and the belief that business can be a force for good. And I’m a vegetarian… who still makes an exception for pâté en croûte and langoustines. Life, like leadership, thrives in nuance.
