Hospitality is more than a career — it’s part of who I am. Throughout my professional life, I’ve been driven by a deep belief in the power of service, human connection, and purpose-led leadership. Over 24 years with Hilton, I held senior leadership roles across the globe, ultimately serving as President for Europe and Africa. I then led Radisson Hotel Group as CEO, guiding the company through a period of transformation until 2017. Today, through Neumann Hospitality ApS, I focus on non-executive board and advisory roles across hospitality, real estate, SaaS, and education — supporting strategic growth and responsible leadership in consumer-facing industries. I proudly served 9 years on the board of the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, and continue as Chairman Emeritus. A milestone during my tenure was launching the "Net Positive Hospitality Vision" — a call for sustainability-driven transformation in our industry. With Austrian roots, a European mindset, and leadership experience in 9 countries across 3 continents, I bring a global perspective shaped by diverse cultures and markets.
