Program Operations Manager

IMAGINE is a global leadership community for impact, running curated programmes, including the Oxford Accelerator, for a network of senior leaders across six continents. This role designs and produces our annual programming calendar and runs the convenings that are both our business-development engine and the way members experience membership.

You will shape content as well as run-of-show: session formats, speaker briefs and thematic arcs across our anchor events, including the Oxford Accelerator, Davos, New York Climate Week and London Climate Week, alongside a virtual cadence of eight to ten sessions a year covering Community Connect Calls, thematic sessions and Flockings.

As our Inner Circles launch across roughly eighteen city and regional hubs through 2026 and 2027, you will produce a flagship salon in each market and build a franchise model so salons can be run with and by community members rather than only from HQ. You will also own the RSVP and attendee pipeline, keep Notion and HubSpot clean and current, and lead adoption of AI tools to speed up playbooks and repeatable admin.

Travel includes global conferences such as New York Climate Week, Davos, COP and ChangeNOW, plus around five to ten IMAGINE Salons a year hosted in the homes of our Leaders.

We are looking for a producer, someone with a track record in content and programming for a membership or convening organisation, with genuine curiosity about climate, leadership and social change, and an instinct for trends before they surface.
